Why this family exists
They built a family of studios so dance, aerial, and martial arts could live under one roof in Spicewood, then grew a second dance home in Fort Worth. O'Hara Dance is the parent name; each studio keeps its own site for classes.
The studios
Spicewood

The family
Heather O'Hara founded Body Lab in 2016 in Spicewood. She has been an instructor and performer for 28 years, including the Radio City Rockettes, a Cirque du Soleil balancing act, and aerial and dance choreography for Celebrity Cruise Line. She is Owner & CEO of Body Lab, and BLPA / Aerial Co. Director.
In August 2017, O'Hara Dance Agency became Body Lab Performance Academy.
Elliott is Heather's husband. Lake Travis Jiu Jitsu Club is his martial arts school in the same building — 21300 Hwy 71 W, Spicewood. He has trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2008 and taught since 2012.
Body Lab and LTJJC collaborate as one campus for the Lake Travis community.
